Our Dishes offer a successful combination of fish, crustaceans, shellfish and vegetables in season such as: - Raw fish with celery, or fennel, or mushrooms - Steamed Oneglia shrimps and garlic bread with fresh tomato, basil, or grated Mullet Botargo - Italian rice cooked in red Gurnard fish Consommé with squid, Trombette (a type of Courgette), Parmesan and saffron - Mashed white Conio beans (puré di fagioli bianchi del Conio) with grilled local octopus, fresh Marjoram and extra-virgin Ligurian olive oil Our Cuisine is attentive to the new tendencies like "Cucina Molecolare", "Cucina Destruttarata" or "Cucina Fusion" but its main aim is to achieve excellent results by using high quality ingredients which are plainly cooked.

Dining Rooms
Caterina, with her refined taste chooses the furniture for the rooms and creates that unique atmosphere which warmly welcomes the San Giorgio Restaurant guests.
The Terrace
In addition to the inner dining rooms, the place offers a large terrace with a breathtaking view overlooking the sea.
